Dr. Michael Koumaras, affectionately known as Dr. Mike, is a dedicated pediatric dentist with a passion for providing compassionate and engaging dental care. Originally from northeast Philadelphia, Dr. Mike’s educational journey took him to Lafayette College for his undergraduate studies, followed by the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his dental degree. He further honed his skills at Saint Christopher’s Hospital for Children during his pediatric dental residency, becoming a respected member of the field.
A diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Mike combines his expertise with a warm and friendly approach to create positive dental experiences for children. Outside of his practice, he enjoys cheering on the Eagles, playing golf, hitting the tennis courts with his daughters, and traveling with his wife.
Dr. Mike also has a passion for singing and finds joy in ensuring that every child who visits his practice leaves with a smile, especially those who come in feeling anxious or scared. His commitment to fostering a positive and fun environment for young patients makes him a beloved figure in the community.
